The Red Pump Inn, Bashall Eaves
Owners Jon and Martina Myerscough

The Red Pump Inn is one of the oldest in the Ribble Valley, (rumoured to have been built before 1756) an area of outstanding natural beauty. The Inn nestles happily in an historic hamlet with spectacular views of the Ribble Valley in every direction.

During 2006 The Red Pump Inn in Bashall Eaves is enjoying a rebirth, as new owners, Jonathon and Martina Myerscough restore the old Inn to a traditional country establishment.

The Red Pump Website

The Red Pump, owned by 'Myerscoughs' is in the heart of 'Myerscough' country - Bashall Eaves was the home of John Myerscough (1675-1754) and is close to Mitton the final resting place of several Myerscoughs.

A small Myerscough reunion was held at the Red Pump on the 20th August 2008.

If you call and introduce yourself to Jon and Martine and tell them of your Myerscough connection!
