Description

The cemetery is centrally located just 7 km west of Perth City Centre, Australia in the suburb of Mount Lawley. Stately stands of Cypress trees, a hallmark of Karrakatta, flank the main driveway off Railway Road and preside over beautiful garden areas in the historic heart of the cemetery. 

Myerscough Connections

Samuel Walker Myerscough (1898 - 1996) aged 68 died on the 15th November 1966 had his ashes scattered over the rose garden at Karrakatta Cemetery
